- [00:37] Using a weekly reflect + “three things” across home, biz, and creative to pressure and raise follow‑through.
- [04:35] When life is full, keep the keel steady and drop the self‑recrimination. The work will wait; the relationships won’t—give yourself permission to do what needs doing.
- [09:10] How to think about preorders for a book: when, how, and what you can do with that process to make the book better.
- [20:00] Underworking worked—counterintuitively more got done. Make that a mantra (“underworking worked”) so you don’t slip back into overstuffing your days.
- [26:47] How to keep moving on the CFW with the three Cs: capacity, criteria, commitments.
- [50:12] To get creativity into every day, put creative practice in a habit container, not your Top Three. Start tiny (bookmark habits), stack the habit with existing habits and keep it short and doable. And when you miss a day, move on.
- [32:57] Two decision tools coming to the upcoming Offer Development workshop: an “Expectation Filter” (one non‑negotiable criterion that’s a binary filter for projects) and The Monkey and the Monument, where you figure out if you’re willing to do the hard or confusing part of a project in order to achieve your goals.
